Miss Daniela Andrich

Daniela Andrich is a Consultant Reconstructive Urological Surgeon with special interest in all aspects of urethral stricture disease and offers surgical reconstruction (Urethroplasty) for all stricture aetiologies [idiopathic, iatrogenic, traumatic and pelvic fracture- related strictures, hypospadias and lichen sclerosus (BXO), revision Urethroplasty].

Other areas of expertise include the surgical management of male and female urinary incontinence, with artificial sphincter or sling and colposuspension respectively, and the repair of iatrogenic injury such as urinary fistulae (uro-rectal and vesico-vaginal), or bladder neck contracture which affects patients after various prostate cancer treatments, and after radiotherapy.

In addition, at London Bridge Hospital, Daniela has a special interest to see patients with recurrent urinary tract infections and cystitis.

Since 2007 Daniela is the organiser of the annual ‘Masterclass of Genitourethral Reconstructive Surgery’ at the Institute of Urology, UCLH, and is participating regularly in other international live-surgery workshops and is regular speaker at international urological meetings.

Daniela is the current President of the International Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery (GURS) 2015/6.
